  • How do you sterilize your tools?

    We use medical grade dry heat autoclave to sterilize all of our stainless steel implements after each client. Our mini file, buffer and pumice stone will be discarded.

  • How do I leave a gratuity?

    We only accept gratuity through venmo or cash.

  • Do you accept cards?

    We do accept all CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, CASH, OR ZELLE. However there is a $5 fee for international cards because of currency exchange.

  • What if I'm not satisfied with my service?

    If you are not satisfied with your service, please reach out to our salon or text us at 857-381-5434 about your service.

  • Do you offer long lasting regular nail polish?

    Our salon carry Dazzle Dry polish, which is a long lasting, quick dry vegan polish. Dazzle Dry dries within five minutes and taken off like regular polish. There is an extra $8 for each service.

  • Do you charge for broken nails?

    If you have a broken or crack nail, and got your service done with us within TEN days we will fix it free of charge. We will only fix regular manicure free of charge within ONE day of service.

  • Can I get a refund for my services?

    We do not offer refunds, however if you are not satisfied with your services/polish etc. We will offer to redo your nails free of charge.
